This luxury hotel sits on the south bank of the Douro, looking across at Porto, and leans hard into port wine history, with Victorian-furnished rooms, a vino-focused spa, and a cellar that takes itself seriously. Small enough that it never feels like a conference hotel, which is rare at this price point.
