    A Georgian townhouse on George Street with a nightclub in the basement and a line out the door most evenings, Tigerlily is a boutique hotel that commits fully to the contradiction. Upstairs, rooms lean into oversized sofas and plush duvets, with bathrooms that tip toward the decadent. The palette borrows from a Swinging Sixties mood without feeling like a costume. Hotel guests bypass the queue for the basement club, which is either a selling point or a warning, depending on your Thursday night.
