Tocabe is a fast-casual spot where you shuffle down the line pointing at things, Chipotle-style, except the thing you're pointing at is fry bread folded around spiced bison. The recipes come from the Osage side of the family, and the berry BBQ-glazed ribs are the sort of detail no chain has ever bothered to invent. It's counter service, so come as you are, and the online shop sells blue corn pancake mix if you're feeling ambitious.
