    Floors 53 through 59 of Bangkok's State Tower house this hotel-within-a-hotel, where every room is a full suite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private balcony looking out over the city and the Chao Phraya River. The Hangover Suite comes with complimentary cocktails at the Sky Bar, which is either a selling point or a warning. Guests also get access to a poolside lounge open all day, well above the clouds.
