    A former brutalist office tower that someone convinced to cosplay as a forest: tree stump seating, fake foliage bursting through lobby ceilings, walkways designed to feel like woodland trails. Rooms lean into deliberate chaos, mismatched quilts, cuckoo clocks, rotary phones. There are two restaurants, and the whole operation runs a genuine sustainability effort, from hallway water stations to kitchen waste reduction. Whimsical in ways that either charm or quietly exhaust you.
