Colin Bebbington, who trained under Daniel Humm in London, returned to Halifax to open this waterfront restaurant where wood-fired cookery and handmade pasta meet with the ease of a kitchen party. Meat and seafood are treated with creative ambition, their flavors sharpened by technique learned in some of Europe's finest kitchens, while the room itself feels as welcoming as it is assured.
