A short rib bone jutting out of the bowl like a flag planted in soup: that's the opening move at this Vietnamese-Korean noodle shop off International Drive. The name promises two things it doesn't deliver (it's not all pho, and it's not 24 hours), but the broad menu of broths, stir-fries, and kimchi noodles keeps lines forming outside anyway. The Michelin Guide has taken notice.
