UFO Bar is a Corktown indie music bar that doubles as a hot dog stand, which is a less strange pairing than it sounds at midnight. The weenies come topped with elotes or kimchi, with halal beef or vegan sausage as the base, and the kitchen is a food truck's worth of ambition. Shows and events run most nights, and when the weather cooperates, everyone drifts up to the rooftop. Eater lists it among Corktown's best.
