    Four old townhouses behind traditional Slovenian façades hide a boutique hotel full of glass, chrome, and concrete inside. The rooftop is the main event: an infinity plunge pool and a glass-walled yoga studio sit alongside castle views and the terracotta sprawl below. The Michelin Guide has selected it among its recommended hotels. Street level has a French chef cooking through a Slovenian lens, though most guests seem to be up on the roof.
