A former Le Bristol and Le Taillevent sommelier opened this neo-bistro on a quiet 11th arrondissement street, which probably explains why the wine list runs to over three thousand bottles. The cooking leans fine dining, with careful sourcing and considered plating, but the room keeps things relaxed enough that nobody feels underdressed. A name worth knowing for a long, unhurried evening.
