A husband-and-wife bistro tucked into central Malmö, where he cooks and she runs the room, and both have been doing it long enough that the regulars don't bother reading the menu. The four-course set changes with the seasons, pulling from regional Swedish ingredients in combinations that manage to look as considered as they taste. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks for a place this unfussy about everything except the food.
