The glass ceiling in the restaurant was engineered by Gustave Eiffel, which sets the tone for this five-star hotel a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Designer François Champsaur balanced the post-Haussmann bones with contemporary furniture and art without making it feel like a museum or a mood board. The bar's curved Carrera marble counter is the kind of thing that makes you order a second drink just to keep looking at it.
