    Near Canal St-Martin, this chic little restaurant is the project of a young chef with Ecuadorian roots and a French fine-dining education, and the menu is exactly what that combination sounds like. Beef bourguignon arrives inside a crispy taco with guacamole; cod comes in a coconut-coriander emulsion with fried plantain. The room is contemporary and relaxed, the cooking is focused, and the two continents mostly agree.
