Five minutes from the center of Aix, Villa Gallici is a Provençal country house hotel that leans so hard into the genre it somehow feels more genuine than the historic originals. No two rooms share a look, but all run to canopy beds, marble bathrooms, and private terraces. Outside, cypress and plane trees shade a pool and Florentine gardens where breakfast arrives in the morning and aperitifs follow at dusk. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
