A 19th-century villa in Montreuil, complete with a herb garden and beehives out back, is an unlikely setting for one of the more quietly serious fine dining rooms in greater Paris, and yet here we are. The Provençal chef holds a Michelin star and cooks a Mediterranean-leaning menu where the sourcing does the talking. The terrace on a warm evening is the kind of thing people move to the suburbs for.
