The dining room occupies a former bakery inside an 18th-century Catholic almshouse, and the original wood and stone make the space feel like a quiet discovery tucked behind one of the grand canals. This is classic French fine dining, two Michelin stars, anchored in premium ingredients and sauces built with serious craft. The chef trained here for years before taking the helm, and the cooking shows it: technically rigorous, personally expressive, and never flashy about either.
