Two brothers with Peruvian roots and Basque pantries are doing something quietly unusual in the Deusto university district: a tasting menu that pitches itself as a journey from the Andes to the Bay of Biscay, and mostly earns the metaphor. The restaurant is sleek and contemporary, the cooking precise.
