    Across from the Guggenheim, this Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant names its two seasonal menus after the coastal roads connecting Galicia to the Basque Country, which tells you everything about the kitchen's obsession with northern Spain. The chef sources from small producers and flips the menu entirely each season, so the autumn version and the winter version are essentially different restaurants. Minimalist room, serious food.
