A steep staircase drops you into a vaulted cellar beneath Münstergasse, which turns out to be the right setting for a Michelin-starred set-menu restaurant that takes its time. The chef comes out to talk you through the courses himself, and the host handles wine with the kind of ease that makes you stop consulting the list. Four, five, or six courses, with a vegetarian option if you call ahead. In summer, the Old Town terrace is the place to be.
