The smoke hits you before the menu does, which is the whole point at this wood-fired steakhouse on the Maroma coast. Celebrity chef Curtis Stone's name is on the door; the charcoal oven and wood-fired grill do the actual talking, turning out local seafood and well-marbled steaks with a confident simplicity. The sides are serious enough to order twice. Flip-flops are technically fine, though the room skews dressier than the beach you just left.
