    Fine dining inside one of Lech's grand ski-lodge hotels, right off the Schlegelkopf piste, so your après-ski can get genuinely fancy. The kitchen leans into Austrian classics, Kaiserschmarrn and all, with enough international range to keep things interesting. The wine list runs well over a thousand labels, which is almost unreasonable. The room itself is worth noting, all artist-designed woodcuts and curated curiosities, the kind of place that rewards slowing down.
