An omakase yakitori counter where the skewers keep arriving until you hold up a hand and say enough. The chef works one skewer at a time, headband knotted from a twisted towel in the old Japanese fashion, the kitchen running with quiet discipline behind him. Flavors swing from delicate to fatty, textures from yielding to snappy, with vegetables breaking the rhythm. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
