A wonton ramen shop in Meguro where the whole point is the wonton, which comes in two kinds: pork with ginger or shrimp, each with a noticeably different texture. Order the Tokusei if you want both. Then you pick your soup, white dashi or black dashi or a mix of the two, and your noodles, thin or flat. It's a lot of decisions for a bowl of ramen, but nobody seems to mind. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
