    Yoshizumi Nagaya's Michelin-starred fine dining room sits in Düsseldorf's Little Tokyo, where the minimalist interior mirrors the pared-down precision on the plate. Evenings center on an eight-course omakase, classical Japanese with the occasional European whisper, and a sake list long enough to occupy the decision-making part of your brain for a while. A good portion of the room is Japanese regulars, which tends to tell you something.
