Zunzum Gastrobar
Contemporary Portuguese
The floor-to-ceiling glass walls mean the Tagus does half the decorating at Marlene Vieira's gastrobar near the Lisbon Cruise Terminal, where the terrace picks up the rest. The cooking is contemporary Portuguese, rooted in the traditional repertoire but willing to look elsewhere when it suits. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand, and the white-and-red interior draws a crowd that looks pleased about the whole situation.
