    The menu is handwritten on the facade, which tells you most of what you need to know. This is a no-frills Lisbon dining room where the chef, a veteran of cult favorite Boi-Cavalo, has set himself the unfashionable task of cooking actual Lisbon food: cod fritters, salt cod, steak with a fried egg. The flan comes with caramel lightly scented with orange blossom, a small detail that suggests someone in the kitchen is paying close attention.
