A four-star hotel sitting right on Parc Paul Mistral, which means you wake up to greenery in the middle of Grenoble rather than another car park. The façade is quietly forgettable, but the rooms inside go full color-block, crimson or turquoise accents against stately monochrome, with Clarins in the bathroom and Nespresso on the desk. Suites run large enough for a small board meeting. A ski-season shuttle gets you to the slopes; the rest of Grenoble's restaurant scene is a short walk out the door.
