Antonio Park's Westmount restaurant runs on a premise that shouldn't work as well as it does: Japanese technique meeting South American flavors, with 80s pop playing underneath it all. The menu moves between sushi and chimichurri-dressed fish with a kind of easy confidence, and evenings bring an omakase format for anyone who wants the full Tokyo-meets-Buenos-Aires journey. The room draws Westmount regulars who clearly know the menu by heart but order the tuna anyway.
