Mediterranean Turkish
Perched inside Ulus Park with an open terrace looking straight out over the Bosphorus, the minarets, and the whole sprawling Istanbul skyline, this is an upscale fine dining restaurant where the view does a lot of the heavy lifting. The kitchen runs traditional Turkish flavors through a modern, Mediterranean-inflected lens, and the wine list is long enough to require its own evening of study.
