    Every room looks toward the Bosphorus, which sets the tone for this Forbes Five Star hotel inside the Zorlu Center tower. The interiors, by Hirsch Bedner Associates, layer hand-blown chandeliers, large-scale sculpture, and commissioned art drawn from Istanbul's visual culture into something that reads less like a lobby and more like a well-curated argument for the city. The surrounding complex has cinemas and a major performing arts venue, so there's rarely a reason to wander far.
