Somer Sivrioğlu's contemporary Turkish restaurant sits just far enough from the tourist circuit that the room fills with people who came on purpose. The kitchen works from old Anatolian techniques, leaning on open-fire and wood-fired cooking to reframe the classics. The cocktails are taken as seriously as the food, which is either a bonus or the whole point depending on the hour. The Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand.
