    Umberto Bombana's fine-dining Italian draws a long room hung with artwork evoking love and passion, which could be pretentious but lands closer to fitting. The kitchen rotates its lunch menu every two months around a single Italian region, so the ribollita crowd and the brodetto crowd never quite eat in the same restaurant. Hand-rolled pastas and peninsula-spanning signatures anchor the rest. Forbes Five Star, and the white tablecloths to match.
