A century-old Bengal fig tree grows through the center of the dining room, and a glass roof lets you stare straight up into its canopy while you eat. This is a polished steakhouse where the beef and pork come from the group's own farms, so the farm-to-table line is more than a menu footnote. Picanha, Denver steak, filet mignon, the cuts are classic and the wood-fire approach is serious. The wine list runs long and the room fills with people who dress for both.
