Stone walls and a dramatic skylight frame the dining room, and the tables are cut from the same wooden rafts used to farm Galician mussels. Lucía Freitas earned a Michelin star running this contemporary restaurant through a cooking style that leans heavily on her own kitchen garden and on the fish and seafood Galicia does better than almost anywhere. Two tasting menus, a cosy private room, and a kitchen with a clear point of view.
