A two-Michelin-starred dining room steps from Piazza del Popolo, where the chef Daniele Lippi treats the Mediterranean as a passport rather than a border. Two tasting menus anchor the experience, one devoted entirely to the sea, one that ventures onto land. The room is quietly elegant, service runs attentive without hovering, and the sommelier clearly considers the wine list a personal project. The dessert course alone arrives as something of a small event.
