The name means "heart" in Arabic, in the fuller, more emotional sense of the word, and the gastrobar in L'Eixample seems to take that seriously. The kitchen pairs Catalan produce with Lebanese touches, and the menu is built for sharing, which suits the unhurried, Slow Food ethos. A short à la carte and two set menus keep the choices manageable without feeling like homework.
