Ama.zo - Cozinha Peruana
Andean Peruvian
Dinner here unfolds in the garden of a century-old house, under a barely-there roof and the canopy of old jabuticabeira trees, with a semi-open kitchen visible at the back. The chef runs an Andean Peruvian menu that pulls in Amazonian ingredients and local Brazilian produce, so the flavors land somewhere genuinely unexpected. The crowd tends to arrive curious and leave slightly converted, which is about as good an evening as São Paulo offers.
