    A pavilion in the gardens of a boutique Cap d'Antibes hotel, with a terrace shaded by mulberry plane trees and a dining room that takes its cues from the sea. This is creative fine dining from Mauro Colagreco, whose Mediterranean menu reads like a love letter to the coast, citrus, olive oil, wild-caught fish, and Provençal lavender finding their way into dishes that are composed but never fussy. Dress well; the setting expects it.
