This is the restaurant at a luxury boutique hotel on Cap d'Antibes, where Mauro Colagreco's team draws on Mediterranean produce from the Riviera across into Liguria. The interior stays chic but relaxed, the kind of room where nobody is trying too hard, or at least pretending not to.
