    The Nuvola zero-gravity dry floatation bed is the thing that separates this waterfront hotel from every other sleek property on the Dalmatian coast. Rooms run to floor-to-ceiling windows framing the marina or the Adriatic, all clean lines and neutral tones. Downstairs there's a Mediterranean restaurant and Bar Split; upstairs a rooftop bar handles the sweeping sea-view duty. The spa adds a salt wall and sauna to round out the wellness menu.
