The rooftop pool sits seventeen floors above Condesa, which is either very high or just high enough, depending on how you feel about Mexico City sprawling out beneath you. This Hyatt-flagged boutique hotel takes its design cues from Mexican modernist Luis Barragán, filtered through Art Deco, and the result is a large-scale property that wears its ambitions lightly. Condesa is already a good neighborhood for this sort of thing, and the Andaz raises the ceiling considerably.
