    Busan is the undisputed home of dwaeji-gukbap, and Anmok is the spot that makes locals reconsider a bowl they thought they already knew. The pork and rice soup here has a depth that pulls from other Korean soup traditions without belonging to any of them, and the kitchen quietly suggests you try it plain, no chili paste or salted shrimp, which takes a certain confidence. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and easy to see why.
