    A brick-and-glass facade on West 38th Street opens into a lobby that looks more like a gastropub than a hotel check-in, which is either disorienting or a relief depending on how your day went. The 180 rooms lean into garment-district history with subway-tiled bathrooms and chesterfield sofas, and the service carries a studied, almost theatrical attentiveness. A Michelin Selected Hotel a short walk from Bryant Park.
