    Eleven rooms and suites carved into and around the volcanic rock of Cappadocia, with the Michelin Guide awarding it one Key. Some rooms are true cave dwellings cut straight into the stone, fitted with espresso machines and curved contemporary furniture; others sit above ground with sweeping valley views. The on-site restaurant is a glass pavilion with its own vineyard and garden, serving Mediterranean food that takes the farm-to-table pitch more literally than most.
