Exposed brick and concrete on a buzzy stretch of Limoilou, with chefs moving between the open kitchen and tables like they own the room, which they do. Arvi is a set-menu tasting spot, available in regular or vegetarian form, built around Quebec terroir: Magdalen Islands scallops, lacto-fermented Jerusalem artichoke, local yuzu. The brioche with foie gras and birch syrup has its fans. It holds a Michelin star.
