Honō Izakaya
Japanese
The name means "flame," and the yakitori skewers are reason enough to remember that. Honō is an izakaya on Rue Saint-Joseph where pale wood and a live grill set a casual, share-everything tone at prices that won't make you do math. Miso-marinated salmon, artisan chicken sausage, confit duck heart on a stick: the menu roams further than most. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and a connecting door leads to sister ramen bar Honō Ramen next door.
