    A Chelsea townhouse hotel just off Sloane Square that reads more Paris than SW1, which is precisely the point: it's a Jean-Louis Costes production, and the Franco-Sloaney collision shows in every gilded detail. Rooms and suites lean deep into the opulence, and the public spaces hold a top-floor restaurant and a cocktail bar styled as a speakeasy. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
