    A red-brick Victorian terrace on one of Chelsea's most coveted garden squares, The Chelsea Townhouse is a boutique hotel that does a convincing impression of having your own London pied-à-terre. Rooms run to four-poster beds, chandeliers, and cornicing; some open straight onto the private gardens. The Garden Room handles teatime and cocktails, and the hotel will assemble a champagne picnic for the Royal Parks if the afternoon calls for it.
