A bistronomic neighborhood spot tucked into a leafy Brussels suburb, Babam runs a concise lunch menu and a fuller evening one, both shaped by a young team that came up through serious kitchens. The cooking is French contemporary with flashes of bright acidity and the kind of technical confidence that doesn't announce itself. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the sort of place locals probably don't tell people about on purpose.
