Bar Joséphine is a cocktail bar tucked inside the Hotel Lutetia, with high ceilings, frescos, and the sort of Left Bank atmosphere Paris spends a lot of money on film sets to fake. Drinks arrive in beautiful glassware with garnishes that have clearly been thought about, and a pianist plays most Thursdays through Saturdays. Dress for it, since jeans and a T-shirt will look like a wrong turn.
